Now that we have ability to pursue the careers we want and to be achieved in any area that we put our mind to there is this stupid rumor mingling around that women in today’s society are emotionally damaged or incapable to love. Well, let me tell you something, from the day we have been born, created or whatever pleases you, we are born to love. No matter if we’re rough in our jobs or if our career demands to be cold hearted, when it comes to people we do have space for love.

Being achieved and having your loved one besides you is not impossible.

What is unbelievable would be this: men being unable to compete with such amazing multitask skills that today’s women possess and in order to cover this up making up stupid excuses why they are subordinate now.

I know it sound a bit unbelievable, but is it really?

When we look our moms or any mom in fact, no matter if she is a single mother or not, they have much more on their plate comparing to their partner. It has been so for ages and it will be so in ages to come since women do love and that feeling will never fade away.

Let me tell you something, no matter if we have to get up at 6am to get our kids ready  for school and than continue on our route to our office we will still find time to cuddle with the guy we love and we choose to walk next us. And I do emphasize next to us, since we do not need a man to lead us.

We will still be up for a late night conversations, we are always up for a cup of coffee or for a walk, movie will do too, and sitting on a sofa with a glass of wine is always welcomed.

I guess what I’m trying to say is that even though we’ve been taught to be strong after so many years, we still haven’t turned off our feeling of love. You don’t have to be afraid of us.

Yes, we are beast in our jobs, and if we’re passionate about something we want to achieve for our kids, family or even for ourselves note that we are ruthless.

But we do like to come home and find a smiling face after a long day. We do want to see love from one side so we could share our love on the other side as well.

We are all familiar with the phrase :”strong independent woman”. Some of us halo it and some of us mock it. To confirm this statement feel free to google this phrase, and there are to be found some amazing inspirational images as well as some extremely funny memes regarding this topic.

The point is, all of this is irrelevant. You can perceive a woman as you like. That doesn’t make her less sensitive.

Let’s just imagine that we have no need to compete which sex will be superior? There are hundreds and hundreds of discussions led every day on the topic of who is better, who has more privilege etc, and sincerely, I’m getting fed up with it. Me and half of the world population, but well….

What I never told you as a strong independent woman is this: I don’t need you to feed me. I don’t need you to pay my bills or to fight my own battles, I’m perfectly capable of doing all those things. And I don’t need you to love me. I love myself. But I do want you to love me, and I do love you.

Independent isn’t a person who doesn’t love but a person who has things going on in her life alone, and yet chooses to be strong enough to love. Independent as being capable of maintaining herself and strong as courageous enough to open herself up and love. There you go. You can have it all.
