8 Relationship Habits That Are More Harmful Than Cheating

1. You never say, ” Thank you. “

Don’t say please and thank you, but people need to feel appreciated. If they feel appreciatedtheir mood is betterand everything in general becomes betterYou don’t have to go out of your way; just say  ” thank you”  when he/she does something for you .

2. You take everything for granted

It is very bad when a person stops putting any effort into a relationship. She starts to get lazy and stops cooking. He becomes content with the fact that he earns very little and has no prospects. The drive in life disappears, and the relationship turns into a routine. This is addictive and gives a feeling of imaginary comfort.   There is a feeling that if a person is with you all this time, then he will not go anywhere,  no matter what.

It’s perfectly normal to feel comfortable with someone and stop behaving the way you did at the beginning of the relationship. Things get bad when one or both people stop making an effort. If you’re both in a boring everyday life, that’s not good!

You have to keep doing new things for each other and, from time to time, make the effort you did in the beginning. You have to keep the fire going.

3. Lack of trust

Lack of trust can ruin a relationship. Trust is one of the most important parts of any relationship. If you don’t trust each other, the relationship won’t work in the long run.  Trust is the great space in any relationship.

4. You stopped being affectionate

Withholding love is bad for relationships. Some people NEED to feel tenderness and affection from their partner. Some people may be fine without it, but that’s rare.

5. Acting arrogantly

If your partner is arrogant towards you, it can quietly destroy the relationship and your self-esteem.  Treating this condition is wrong. Mutual respect is very important. Remind each other of this. You are halves of one whole!

6. Lack of communication

95% of the damage in relationships could be fixed if people would just take the time to clearly express their feelings. Take that into account! Talk more, discuss your ideas and thoughts, and tell each other how your day went. Communicate!

7. Lies about little things

Lies. Even if it’s just a bunch of little things that add up, it makes you wonder, “What else is he going to lie about?” Don’t understate or lie; be honest and upfront.

8. You keep silent about emotions

You are waiting for the moment when you can cool down and calm down. Negativity accumulates inside you and you are already bursting with anger and resentment. You bring yourself to this state by deliberately hushing up your emotions. You do not tell your partner what is bothering you. He should understand it himself, so you think. But no one can read your thoughts, and what is obvious to us is not clear to another.

If you are angry, say it now. Don’t wait, because that will only lead to bitterness, resentment and more anger. It will all become more significant than it needs to be.

As we all know, no relationship is perfect. It’s smart to be realistic in your expectations and know that a certain amount of bitter disagreements is normal in a relationship.

You can write the destiny of your relationship. Be sure to trust your partner and be careful to avoid negative behavior such as dismissivenessselfishness, and manipulation.
