Don’t come back after you let her pick up the pieces of her that you broke and after she had to use every atom of her strength to patch herself together. Don’t come back after she gets over the hell you put her through.

Someone who’ll choose her every single day and someone who’s going to be sure about her. Don’t come back to ruin her new and fresh start, and don’t come back to mess her up or to mess with her head again. Don’t come back thinking she’s been waiting for you this whole time, that she’ll still be clinging to the past and that she’ll still love you once you decide to come back. Don’t come back thinking you still have a chance in her life or that she’ll leave everything and get back with you.

Don’t come back once she’s finally figured her life out. When she gets the promotion she always wanted, or once she starts doing great things. Don’t come back thinking you get to be a part of her life then or that you can come back whenever it pleases you. Don’t think she’ll have the door open for you to come and go as you wish. Don’t come back once she no longer needs your validation.

Because when she finally moves on, all your efforts will be in vain. When she finally moves on, there won’t be a need for you to come back because even if you do, she’ll no longer have a spot for you in her life. She won’t be waiting for you nor will she be looking forward to you. She’ll learn to be happy without you. She’ll learn to love again and she’ll learn to live life to the fullest without you by her side.
Once she’s moved on, she’ll leave you in the past and she won’t have any more of her time to waste on you, so don’t bother coming back.
