Relationship Advice: Those Who Admire You Will Betray You! That’s The Sad Truth

Those who admire you will betray you! This is the sad truth.
Enthusiastic people are very cruel. They do not love us, but their fantasy, their fictional ideal. Then they realize that a living person is not the ideal they have invented. And they take revenge for this by breaking off relations or even betraying. The stronger the admiration, the more terrible the breakup is later.

The one who betrays or leaves us is the one who, from the very beginning, immediately begins to show his immoderate admiration for us. He showers us with praise and sings dithyrambs. He shows his admiration and his delight in every possible way. And then, after a short time, cools towards us—without any reason. No, he finds reasons, of course.

Enthusiastic People Are Very Cruel: Three Reasons for Such Behavior

But for us, cooling is always sudden. Apostasy or even betrayal frequently follows cooling. The person leaves. Sometimes, he joins the enemy. And how he praised us, how he admired us, how generous he was in expressing love and friendship…

There are three reasons for this behavior.

The first is simple: the admiration was hypocritical and false. The man simply needed to get something from us. To bask in the rays of glory, to take advantage of our opportunities, to take money or a free service… So he showered us with praise to get what he wanted or to gain our trust.

affects the subconscious; with the help of flattery, you can achieve a lot. So the man flattered with all his might. But he doesn’t need us. And then he will prefer to get rid of us so as not to remember the debt. And to take revenge for the forced delights, for his hypocrisy…

And the second reason is that people simply invented us. That’s how the poet Tsvetaeva invented people, as she wrote. She attributed to them qualities that did not exist; she composed feelings and desires for people. And then she was disappointed when she saw people as they were.

So she became disillusioned with a young poet who was dying of tuberculosis and wrote sad poems.

At first, she called him her beloved son and gave him the jacket. And then she got offended that he didn’t live up to her expectations. And she took the jacket away from the seriously ill man.

Because enthusiastic people are very cruel. They love not us, but their fantasy, their fictional ideal. Then they realize that a living person is not the ideal they have invented. And they take revenge for this by breaking off relations or even betraying. The stronger the enthusiasm, the more terrible the breakup is later.

Excessive admiration is hidden envy; that is the third reason. The envious person tries to deceive himself, expressing the best feelings. He praises and admires, but in his soul, he understands that he will never get what we have. Youth, beauty, money, achievements, love—it is precisely what he admires that causes envy. And envy inevitably leads to betrayal and malice.

And therefore, one should be skeptical about excessive enthusiasm. Observe. Do not count too much on the long-term love and loyalty of such a person.

At best, he will be disappointed and go off to admire others. And he will take the jacket. At worst, he will betray us at the first opportunity to take revenge for his disappointment…
